Shipping Information
Regular UPS Ground shipping takes 2 to 7 business days depending on your location. UPS 3 Business Days Delivery takes 3 business days (possibly 4 days to some remote destinations). UPS does not count weekends or holidays as business days.
United States Postal Service shipping can take up to 8 weeks, and sometimes even more, for international orders and orders to Alaska or Hawaii.
Ghana Bolga baskets that are shipped UPS 3 Business Days Delivery, sent overseas, or are too large to fit in a regular box, may come to you compressed or 'flattened'. There are only a few baskets that are too large to fit in a regular box, and they have this information in their detail description. Instructions on how to wet and shape Ghana Bolga baskets are included with every order.
International orders may have applicable duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed depending on the laws of your country. This is not included in our shipping price and there are no refunds on any such fees. Most countries don't seem to have additional fees, with the exception of the UK which seems to always have extra fees. If you have any questions or concerns, please check with the postal representatives in your country prior to ordering.
Return Policy
Any item may be returned in its original condition for an exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges, if any, cannot be refunded. Returns must be sent insured, properly packed, and with freight prepaid. No CODs.

UPS does not deliver Ground shipments on the weekend or some holidays.
