Shipping Information
Regular UPS Ground shipping takes 1-7 business days depending on your location. UPS 2nd Day Air shipping takes 2 business days (3 to remote destinations) after the day your order is placed. UPS does not count weekends or holidays as business days.
United States Postal Service shipping can take up to 8 weeks, and sometimes even more, for international orders.
Ghana Bolga baskets that are shipped 2nd Day Air, overseas, or that are too large to fit in a regular box, may come to you compressed or 'flattened'. There are only a few baskets that are too large to fit in a regular box, and they have this information in their detail description. Instructions on how to wet and shape Ghana Bolga baskets are included with every order.
International orders may have applicable duties, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed depending on the laws of your country. This is not included in our shipping price and there are no refunds on any such fees. Most countries don't seem to have additional fees, with the exception of the UK which seems to always have extra fees. If you have any questions or concerns, please check with the postal representatives in your country prior to ordering.
Return Policy
Any item may be returned in its original condition for an exchange, credit, or refund within 14 days of receipt. For purchases made in December, the return period is extended through the entire month and up until January 8. Shipping charges, if any, cannot be refunded. Returns must be sent insured, properly packed, and with freight prepaid. No CODs.
